The Cabo Pro Program
Cabinets become a seven-day asset, not a twelve-week scheduling risk.
For multi-region builders, multifamily developers, hospitality groups, and ENR-top general contractors, cabinets and FF&E sourcing is one of the highest-friction line items on the schedule. Long lead times, fragmented vendor lists, surprise reorder cycles, and pricing that resets every project. The Cabo Pro Program is built for buyers who would rather treat cabinets as a managed, programmatic supply line.
Two programs, one operating model
National Buyer Program
For multi-region buyers: 1,000+ units per year, three or more markets.
- Single named national account team
- One purchase order across cabinets, countertops, hardware, showers, and flooring
- Locked multi-year program pricing
- Project Stock: full cabinet package pre-stocked at our Mérida factory and released on your call, seven-day delivery anywhere in the continental United States
- Quarterly business review with the senior team
Regional Builder Program
For single-region operators: 100 to 999 units per year.
- Dedicated account manager for your region
- One purchase order across the full cabinet and FF&E package
- Locked program pricing within your committed volume tier
- Project Stock release with seven-day delivery, scoped to your typical project size
- Regional pricing and lead-time guarantee
The differentiator: Project Stock
Most cabinet supply runs on a quote-then-build-then-ship cycle that takes eight to twelve weeks per release. For a national builder running fifty active projects, that creates an unending stack of schedule-risk decisions.
Project Stock inverts the model. At program signing, your full cabinet package is built and held at our Mérida facility under your name. From that point on, every release ships in seven days to any continental U.S. site. No reorder cycle. No mid-project lead-time tail risk. No warehousing on your books. The math typically saves 15 to 25 percent versus US-milled cabinets while eliminating the schedule risk that kills project margins.
Who this is for
- Multifamily developers and operators with multi-state portfolios (1,000+ units per year)
- National production homebuilders
- ENR-top general contractors with significant building exposure
- Hospitality groups managing standardized casework programs
- Modular and build-to-rent operators
- Single-region regional builders looking for program economics at their scale
Common questions
What does program pricing actually look like?
For a typical 200-unit multifamily build with the Pro Program, shaker MDF boxes with soft-close hardware and factory finish run roughly $850 to $1,150 per unit installed-ready (delivered to your site, not installed). Real numbers are tied to your spec and committed volume. A first conversation produces a project-specific quote within 24 hours.
How is this different from a standard cabinet supplier relationship?
A standard relationship is project-by-project: quote, build, ship, repeat. The Pro Program is contracted: one master agreement, locked pricing for two or three years, pre-built inventory you draw against. The operational difference is the seven-day Project Stock release window. The financial difference is the program-level pricing.
We already have a cabinet supplier. Why look at this?
You are not being asked to switch overnight. The reason this conversation usually moves forward despite an incumbent is the schedule-risk math: a portfolio at scale cannot absorb eight-to-twelve-week reorder cycles when an SKU runs short. Project Stock is the answer to that specific risk. Most program signings start with a single side-by-side project comparison; we can put a real quote against your current pricing within 24 hours.
What is the minimum commitment?
The National Buyer Program is structured for 1,000+ units per year across three or more markets. The Regional Builder Program is structured for 100 to 999 units per year in a single region. For volume below that, we still ship project-by-project; the program pricing does not apply but the seven-day delivery option is available.
